Privacy Policy for Section Time

Section Time (“the App”) is developed and operated by [Joint Mind Ltd] (“we”, “us” or “our”).

Your privacy is important to us. Section Time has been designed to operate without collecting or transmitting your personal information.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, receive, store or process any personal information through the App.

In particular, the App does not collect:

Names, email addresses or contact details

Location information

Device identifiers

Health or medical information

Usage or analytics data

Advertising information

Diagnostic or tracking data

Information entered or created within the App

The App does not use advertising, tracking technologies or third-party analytics services.

2. Information stored on your device

Any information, preferences, settings or records created while using Section Time are stored locally on your device.

This information is used only by the App to provide its functions. It is not uploaded to our servers, transmitted to us or shared by us with any third party.

We do not operate a remote database or user account system for Section Time and cannot access information stored within the App on your device.

3. Device backups

Depending on your device and operating-system settings, locally stored App data may be included in an iCloud or device backup. Such backups are controlled by you and the relevant operating-system or backup provider. We do not have access to them.

You can manage your backup settings through your device settings.

4. Deleting your information

Because information is stored locally, you remain in control of it.

You can delete information using any deletion or reset functions available within the App. Deleting the App from your device will normally remove the App and its locally stored data, although copies may remain in device backups until those backups are deleted or expire.

We cannot retrieve or delete locally stored information on your behalf because it is never transmitted to us.

5. Third-party services

Section Time does not share information with advertisers, analytics providers or other third-party services.

The downloading, installation and updating of the App are provided through Apple’s App Store. Apple may process information relating to your use of the App Store in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policy. This processing is carried out by Apple and is separate from Section Time.

6. Children’s privacy

Section Time does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. As no personal information is transmitted to us, we do not create or maintain user profiles for children.

7. Data security

Information stored within the App is protected by the security features of your device and operating system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using an appropriate passcode, password or biometric protection.

No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of a device that has been lost, compromised or accessed by another person.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or privacy practices change.

Any revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If a future version of Section Time begins collecting or transmitting information, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before or when that change takes effect.
