**Privacy Policy — DryTracker**
*Last updated: 30 March 2026*
Jointmind Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), a limited company registered in the UK, operates the DryTracker mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and other applicable privacy laws globally.
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
**1. Information We Collect**
**a. Information You Provide:**
- **Child's First Name:** You enter a first name (or nickname) for each child you track. This is stored solely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
- **Daily Records:** You record whether each night was dry or wet. This data is stored solely on your device.
**Important Notice:** We strongly recommend using only a first name or nickname — never a surname or other identifying information — when naming a child within the App.
**b. Automatically Collected Information:**
DryTracker does **not** collect any analytics, usage data, device identifiers, location data, or crash reports. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services.
**c. Local Notifications:**
The App may request permission to send local notifications as daily reminders. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device using Apple's local notification system. No data is sent to any server to deliver these notifications.
**2. How We Use Your Information**
All data you enter into DryTracker remains on your device. We use your information solely to:
- Display and manage your child's tracking records within the App;
- Schedule local reminder notifications on your device;
- Calculate and display progress statistics within the App.
We do **not** transmit, process, or store your data on any external server.
**3. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information**
We do **not** share, sell, rent, or disclose your information to any third parties. DryTracker has no server-side component, no third-party SDKs, and no advertising frameworks.
**4. Data Storage and Security**
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage. Data is protected by your device's own security measures (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We do not have access to your data at any time.
**Please note:** If you delete the App, all associated data will be permanently removed from your device and cannot be recovered.
**5. International Data Transfers**
DryTracker does not transfer any data off your device. There are no international or domestic data transfers.
**6. Your Rights**
Under GDPR and UK data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights directly:
- **Access and correct** your data by viewing and editing records within the App;
- **Delete** your data by using the "Reset All Data" option in Settings, or by deleting the App from your device.
**7. Data Retention**
Your data exists only on your device for as long as the App is installed. We retain no copies of your data whatsoever.
**8. Children's Privacy**
DryTracker is designed to be used by parents and guardians to track a child's progress. The App is operated by adults; it is not intended for use by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only child-related data stored is a first name and daily dry/wet records, entered and managed entirely by the parent or guardian.
**9. Changes to This Privacy Policy**
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be communicated via the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
